Welcome to my corner of the digital world. I am a 20+ year veteran in the field of Defence and social infrastructure project management. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, my journey began in the Royal Australian Engineers Corps of the Australian Army. My professional journey took me through renowned organizations like John Holland, Turner & Townsend, and Aurecon. Along the way, I picked up a Masters degree in Project Management. At Aurecon, I took on the role of leading the NSW/ACT Defence Design Practice, overseeing design operations on the remarkable 10-year, $1 billion Project Delivery Service (PDS) with great success. The practice experienced an astounding 200% revenue growth under my leadership. Beyond PDS, I served as a Client Leader responsible for Defence business development. In this capacity, I formulated and executed national-level client strategies, contributing to a remarkable period of growth.
